What is the job of an interior designer. And how much it costs.

Therefore, it was this post. And suddenly, someone still doesn't know!!?. :))

There are several ways to pay for the work of the designer.
In Europe common two: a fixed payment and an hourly wage.
Fixed payment is when you have decided on your budget, and know exactly how much you are willing to spend on construction (renovation) of their house or apartment. The designer's job will be 15 - 20% of the total cost for the reconstruction and 10-15% of the total cost for new construction. Example: You decide that your budget is 100 000€ (forex sample ) 100 00015%= 15 000.
Hourly rate - applicable mostly for small projects and is paid based on time spent. Prices range from 50 to 100 € per hour depending on the city, the object level and complexity of the project. And you trust the designer.
Example: you Have apartments of 60 square meters and you want to rebuild. We agree that I will spend on this work for example 20 hours. 20100 = 2 000 €.
You can also work with the designer in the form of advice. Consultation with me is 100 € per hour.
In Russia usually consider the cost of HF.m. Design project of the interior is calculated 75-100 $/€ per kW.m of total area.
Example: you Have a house with a total area of 500 sq. m. 500*75= 37500 €.
In any case you get for the money is the same variant of the design project.
What is included in the design project?

Supervision is a completely different type of activity designer, and always possible if you choose it. Price for supervision is negotiated separately, and depend on many factors that are always discussed individually. Author's supervision is the supervision of the project at the stage of execution of construction and finishing works 1-2 times a week, control of compliance of executed works project documentation, adjustment of project documentation in the framework of the project of no more than 10%.
