Android drawing and designing
Adroid is my best device i use for designing as it is easy to use and portable.
Coming to pc.
Adobephotoshop is more usefull and known widely though adobe illustrature is nice to use as it uses vector on designing tha photoshop which uses pixels making the picture looks like small boxes (pixels) which forms a picture when zoomed.
