my pet hate - "pet peeve"
and I really don't know what you are talking about, these turned out awesome!
My favourite is probably the "gamer", but the "scared" one with the gecko... hah... that blank stare - brilliant!
The steemy stripes on her tail are a great incorporation. But all the fluff aside, my favorite part have to be the eyes, they have a cat-ish deepness to them, very alluring!

I didn't have drawn cat for maybe... 10 years.
I find them very hard to represent because they are at the same time liquid, flufy, sharp, very smart but also totally stupid, sometimes it seems that they know the future, and yet they are able to go out of control when a fly passes by... in short, too many things to express in a cat's drawing!
My favourite is also the gamer ^^ .

ow wow... the way you describe the challenge of capturing the essence of a cat is just so beautifully poetic!
I'm just going to sit here an melt for a minute.
This last one is funny to draw, but he goes away from the "cuddly kitten"concept.
For the moment, my favourite is the sketch of @jillustrations :3 I hope she will at least be in the finalists!
