3D sndbox cookie cutter + stamp
This is the first SNDBOX cookie cutter and stamp you have ever seen :-D. I was in the mood to make this sndbox cookie cutter with stamp because this will be my last month with @sndbox :-(. I really enjoyed being a @sndbox member and I am not sure how to survive here without @sndbox. I have at least soon my sndbox cookies to replace my tissuebox.
I made a video tutorial of how to design this cookie cutter with stamp but I also have a written tutorial of this 3d SNDBOX cookie cutter + stamp.
As usual I 3d design using Fusion 360 program that you can download for free. I started making a rectangle for the cookie cutter. I offset the outer rectangle with 2 mm. For the stamp, I offset the rectangle of the cookie cutter with -0.25 mm. Then I made the inner rectangle and the sndbox logo. I trimmed unnecessary lines and extended some lines so the lines will be connected.
First, I extruded the sndbox logo with 2 mm.
Then for the stamp, I extruded the rectangle with 3 mm and joined the rectangle with the logo.
In the centre of the stamp I sketched a rectangle of 4 mm by 50 mm for the holder/grip. Then I extruded it with 15 mm and smoothen the edges using Fillet with 2 mm.
For the cookie cutter, I extruded the inner rectangle first with 10 mm and the outer rectangle with 3 mm and joined them both together.
In one of my previous posts, I made a Hello Kitty cookie cutter with stamp and I couldn't figure out how to get the support material also around the holder/grip. This time I found out how to make that change.
I simply had to uncheck: don't support bridges at Slic3r.
I have the printer on now and it will take couple of hours to print. I think I will take 2 till 3 hours. In my next post I will show you the printed cookie cutter with stamp and the comfort SNDBOX cookies ;-)

Ah this is amazing! <3
It is sad as cohort 1 comes to a close, it has been fantastic reading and exploring your inventions, tutorials and ideas over the last few months! You bring such a thoughtful and creative rigor to the world of 3D fabrication. It has inspired us to do more 3D printing! Hope to see you back as an alumni ;)
Thank you very much @sndbox! I am happy you enjoyed my creations and designs :-). I would love to see you guys doing 3d designs/printing. I know the meaning alumni as a graduate from university, but how does it work with @sndbox? Can we, as sndbox members from cohort 1, join again for cohort 3?
@fathin-shihab, on their website I see that you can apply for an alumni membership. I don't know how to apply, but it is possible.
Oh, thanks for checking it out for me ;-). I will have a look into it!

So sad this will be your last month with sndbox @fathin-shihab. Can't you prolong it?
The cookie cutter is amazing as always. Can't wait to see the printed cookie cutter and the cookies of course! :)
Yeah I know :-(. I can't prolong it. The next cohort/round will be in June with new people. Yes, I also can not wait for the end result :-)
Better Dtube and contents tutorial about another 3D design. It's fantastic to see @fathin-shihab. Now you showing faster growing in steemit. Best of luck friend.
hehehhe. Thank you @ kingsberry. you too best of luck!
Well instructed lesson you introduce @fathin-shihab. Dtube conversation most useful for us. Those cookie cutter so awesome product. Go ahead and will do more.
Will be looking forward to see the cookie cutter live ;)
me too :-). but it takes a while.
So fabulous creation. I love your 3d works every time. Various products found and then very earlier post to steem blockchain. It would be helpful for beginners like as me. Thanks for massive task.
Thanks! Well, what are you waiting for? :-). When will I see your post about 3d designing?
I am very surprised always with your Program skills. I tried it out once, but failed baldy. I think because I dint learned it correctly. With the 3 D Printer is so much possible. Crazy how will be the future in the next years
Thanks @travelwithus. You tried already? I also failed a lot in the beginning. It takes a lot of practice. Start with easy designs. On Youtube you will find enough tutorials for Fusion 360. I learned a lot from the tutorials on Youtube. Yes, 3d is the next future ;-)
very creative :)
Thank you :-)
