Fabrics, Embroidery and Designs - Miners Business Uniform
Hello dear friends, I hope that today you are full of health and with courage to work and move forward ...
I am also very happy today to show you this new demonstration of embroidery creation, in this case:
As some know live in the city of Puerto Ordaz - Venezuela, is a place where the most valuable minerals are produced throughout the country (iron, diamond, gold, aluminum, kaolin, among others), which is why in recent years , in view of the situation of the country have been open many mining companies, and I have had to make uniforms for some companies of this nature, I really liked this logo of miner with face design.
Let's start now with our design, we open our Wilcom embroidery digitization program.
There we have our logo of the company Agrominera Vilela, the truth is this logo is very well developed, something that is very important because when you make the transformation it looks very good, this is what makes a fully functional logo.
Now, the color of the shirts to be embroidered are navy blue, as the tone that the design takes, then the logo would not be appreciated, that is why we decided to put the white color in substitution of the navy blue to achieve a better vision of the logo on the garment, we would practice the functionality of the logo in monochromatic.
Now we can place our navy blue color corresponding to the body of the miner, with our tool "Complex value filler" that is used in large spaces of pieces of a figure or logo, also with a Tatami stitch that will allow greater firmness in the fabric .
We continue with our complete filling tool but now with a plumetis stitch and always with a thread direction different from that of the bottom piece to avoid threads of different interlaced colors, so we will place our skin color or in this case like the logo what Indica is a beige or bone color.
Let's make the detail of the light blue shirt, in this case with both tools (complex filling and Entrance A)
Now we leave with the details in yellow, the helmet and the work tool that is a peak, we will do it with plumetis stitch, also placing a different direction of thread so as not to interlace the tones and we can appreciate the difference between the pieces that make up the logotype.
For the face we use the Entrance A tool that will help us to have a better determination in the details of the face and helmet, in navy blue.
And finally friends we have the small detail in the peak, a white line, made with a plumetis stitch and the tool Input A.
Well friends, we have ready our logo digitized in thread to be embroidered, we must also make the design for the cap, it is the same but as the background where we are going to place the embroidery is beige, then in this case we can meet the logo with its original colors.
Here we have our two logos, one for navy blue shirt and the other for khaki caps with navy blue visor, since we can not use the same logo, due to differences in sizes.
And for the back of the shirts we will use the text with the name of the company Agrominera Vilela, here we will see the use of the text tool.
We should always look for the correct source preferably, but in this case we do not have it and we will look for a similar one, we chose the Berlin Sans FB.
These are the specifications of our designs:
We have all our designs ready, now we will proceed to work with the ZGM embroidery machine.
Now we can see how the machine will perform the embroidery according to the design that we previously made.
