Fabrics, Embroidery and Designs - Captain America

in #design5 years ago (edited)

Hello, dear steemianos !!!

Today back to bring a small tutorial of embroidery for #needleworkmonday, the favorite label of all those who work with fabrics, very happy to belong here, today I am a little sick with the flu and I will show you a short work consisting of one logo large front for t-shirt.

This embroidery work is for a boy who is turning 10 years old, he is a great fan of superheroes like many children, so his birthday is the magnificent savior of the world El Capitan America :)

I love this logo, now let's see how to digitize it with our wonderful Wilcom embroidery program.

Here we have our image to work, as we know we are going to work with fabric, even if it has a frame that presses it and does not allow it to move from its place when embroidering, we must also make a running stitch inside the circle of the logo so that it does not see, all this with the intention that rearm our embroidery even more.

List our circular stitch in circle we must make the circle of the center, using the circle tool filled with a tatami stitch to fix the central thread well.

The part of the thick red lines, we will make it with the circle edge tool to create more easily using the right tools, here in wilcom it can be solved without end in ways but it will take you more time, if we use the correct tools we save time in embroidery is paramount.

To make the stars, we must use the tool of ornament multiplied by chisel, that this will allow that only from a tip that we made with the tool we create the star with five points, without so much effort, I hope to offer the tutial to realize stars so that be as nice as possible.

Starting from a point we can place the 5 points of our star.

In this way we have ready our embroidery design of 15 cm wide by proportional avocado, perfect for central embroidery as for a child of Xavier's age.

Now look at the process of embroidery, I must leave I leave the photos ...

Let's see with the fixing circle is done first, the two times we did it.

Although the frame is well pressed we must fix the fabric, then we continue with the blue circle of the center, this stitch is short so it is tightening the fabric and it may rise a little on one side but believe me like that will not be noticed and it will look good.

The red part is in stitched plumetis and the star as we did in the program, one point and then the others equal, five points of the star of Captain America.

Now we have our beautiful logo of this superhero of the world, ready for Xavier ....
