Learn to make a cleaning robot using a shoe brush and aqua bottle cap as tire and dynamo as a driver.
Steemian friends on this occasion I will share tips or how to make a cleaning robot using a shoe cleaning brush and dinamu and bottle cap and also the battery.
In making this mini robot the necessary tools are as follows:
- Battery
- Dinamo
- Cable as necessary
- Brush used for shoe cleaners.
- Cover the bottle
- Solder
- Glue
As for how to design or make a cleaning robot is not complicated / not too difficult as long as we are careful in the design and follow the correct prosudur when we do the design and assembly of this cleaning robot.
And the robot that we will design in the outcome of the group agreement in making this practice is a mini-cleaning robot that can move with the help of the rotation of the dynamo that we attach.
As for the design we will make there are two types of robots, the first type like a regular toy car using a tire from aqua bottle cap and the second type is to use a shoe cleaning brush as a tire but the result of its design is as follows as the picture below.
The way to design this unique robot is:
Prepare all equipment that has been provided from scratch
Take a shoe cleaning brush that have prepared
Paste the batre above the brush then in the glue
Then solder the wires to the batre on positive + and negative -
Then plug the dynamo on top of the brush earlier
Connect the cable we have soldered earlier from the battery to a small switch then solder
Then connect to your tires that have installed on the brush was by way of soldering.
Then please test the tool designed this when we turn on the switch that we have design it will run and start to sweep the dust on the table. Please try.
But in the robot that we designed the second we live replace the brush with aqua bottle cap that serves as a tire then add a little broom to sweep the dust. so many posts from me may be useful for all steemian friends.
