Hello Steemians today I want to share with you an illustration work I did a few weeks ago. This drawing was made to participate in a contest to illustrate the cover of a book, unfortunately I do not win the contest but I would still like to share the result.
The image shows the warmth, service and relationship between people. An element that is in the foreground is a tree that in Venezuela is known as araguaney characteristic for its yellow leaves and its beauty when they fall from the sky. It shows the attention of some characters in what interests them and another character who apparently has no concerns.
I used warm colors that represent the warmth of people and their closeness. Yellow is the joy of the moment in which everyone helps, contrasting with the pastel tones that the characters wear. There are many things that happen in this drawing, love, affection, respect, a sunset ...
It also includes the back cover of the book with a simpler design but following the same line of illustration as the cover.
