So as I'm setting up my house for a showing... me and my friend are doing the last touches to have the property available and presentable for people to see and bid on this property. One of the reasons me an my wife are selling it's that our 2 oldest children are in College and we have a house with 5 bedrooms which we dont need anymore. So this is our last Ha Ra and time to downsize/ consolidate and save/ pivot into our next mode of investing with more credit and being much more savvy as a real estate investor. I'll update this post as we go thru the process. ..
