- Use some Images
- Use active voice
This approach can yield improvements of 4 times across any given KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
I don't know how or where you get a magical number of 4 ....
Thanks for feedback. I will pop some images in. Was trying to work out how to do that, but it seems like it's just about linking to them and then the top one appears as the lead image.
Good point on the magical number 4. The intended point there was to say that 100%+ improvements are often made with Design Thinking applied. I will update.
