The main problem with Western Medicine is that they don't treat the cause of the problem, the choose to focus on the symptoms and reducing the effects of those symptoms.
Doctors and Big Pharma don't make money curing people they make money treating people. The sooner people figure that out, the sooner they can start leading a better life.

It's just thoughts like this that need to get out there more more often.
People have to realise that nobody can tell you to poison yourself simply because someone else wants to make a profit.
On top of that people need people to solve the real problems. Thats the part that's missing.
People don't help people. Specially when a government is in the mix. 'The gov can't be wrong.' Is what most people think. And then its time to get back to their own 'often shitty' lives. Being subject of the tax lords.
