Reality of this Life

Let's talk about how empty everything is, how you wake up with the feeling of dread , everyday, how you see all these people so full of life, so full of joy, while all you do is frown, and wonder how they do that ?, how the people you love, the anchor that keeps you here, the ones that are supposed to be the people you confide in be so hard to talk to, so difficult to speak with, yet you want to, but you can't because not everyone could understand.

 Let's talk about how to live when all the things in this world are slowly killing you, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
