Update December
Hello everyone,
I am sorry, I'm well aware that it has been a long time since I have posted last.
I will be honest with you all, I have had a moment when I lost against negative thoughts and found myself back in depression. This is exactly why I kept saying you can rid yourself of it, but you have to keep your balance and fight against negative thoughts arising again.
I had to find myself once again and get my act together, it took me almost a month to do so and it involved some life changing decisions I had to make. One of those decisions involved moving back to a place where I feel at home. The move is still in progress, but now I am back to normal and highly motivated to get everything settled.
Instead of just apologizing for not posting for a while and saying it had personal reasons, I felt this was important to share with all of you, because everyone can experience setbacks, but what really matters is what you do in those situations. Do you give up and fall back into depression completely, or do you fight with all your might to get back out and get your life back in order?
Honestly I recommend you always to fight, because otherwise you are just throwing away your chance at happiness and shaping your life.
I will have to re-adjust my schedule of posting and I ask you all to be patient, but I will eventually be back for all of you with more posts and a new fresh perspective towards those subjects as well.
At the same time I hope I will have less time in future as I am still looking for a job with a stable income.
