@celtikrage, I believe you are right and to a certain degree wrong.
Depressed people can relate when it comes down to the symptoms and some of the feelings we experience during depression. Of course we all have our individual origin of the depression and our personal circumstances, but some things we share.
We can understand eachother to a certain degree, which is a big reason why talking about it helps.
I hope this might help you realise, you are only alone concerning your personal circumstances, but not with your feelings and symptoms.
Thank you for sharing! ❤
Yep, you're right, we're not alone. But, a lot of depressed people can't think about it. We're kinda "forced" to feel alone, that's a part of our symptoms... And talking about all of that really helps, and that's why I decided to start this trend. It can help all of us feel a bit less lonely and misunderstood.
And thank you for caring :)
I know what you mean. There are quite a few symptoms that feed the depression and push us into isolation, lethargy, self hate, loneliness and negative thoughts and emotions.
And no need to thank me for caring, I have been there and I don't believe that anyone deserves to suffer from depression. Everyone needs a way out and needs to know there is a way to free yourself from depression.
Feel hugged! 🤗 (you're not alone, atleast not here 😉)
