what i've learn from suffering from depression

hello everyone been a while since,
i've done one of these
but i wanna give you hope and encouragement of how to handle depressive thoughts and depression in general
sometimes you gotta experience the worst in order to get to the best experience (positive thoughts), there ying and the

yang good and bad yes you're gonna go through a bad patch but what lies ahead is bright bright future if you found your

purpose and meaning in life, Mine is helping people out and i went through a 3-4 years battle of crying constantly and

depressive thoughts but slowly after that i went through the best stages of my life where i had hope moving forward and i

wanna lead my hope and optimism with you too that you too can crawl outta this bad hole in life your stuck in try

different things like therapy talking to other who experience things similar to yourself and see what they can tell you how

they got better and how you can combine many different things talking experiencing the worst but still have that hope

that you'll see the light at the end of the tunnel and you'll see life does get better as time goes on patience is key when

the opportunity comes knocking and you found your happy place try to remember going forward and experience that

same feeling/experience again whether that spending time with your best friend,dog,Family,boyfriend,Girlfriend or whomever makes you happy

if it with your Girlfriend then just talk to her and see what she says is keeping you stuck in your depressive rut and how to

get out of that stage of your life,

the life you experience in your future is way different then your past sure there gonna be more experiences that you experience sadness passing of a love one someone being born getting a new dog happy things as well as sad things too

but take the precious moments to experience the Good moments like spending time with your family or whatever makes you
the happiness person on the earth Music helped me alot through my depressive stages feeling better that things do get

better and experience that i can through life-style changes that diet among many other thing added can really change

your life for the better

stay hopeful stay positive stay in that sharp positive mindset and things will slowly get better

through many things now with the internet we can changes millions of lives and as i learn new things through the

months

i'm gonna be sharing many more things that i've experience to help 100 if not 1,000's of people out there in
steemit land and social media

i love helping people out so all i'm do is telling you

i have negative thoughts/patterns of thoughts that were negative in nature but i've always stayed positive that things do

get better day by day week by week month by month year by year just by drinking more water eating properly and

just doing small things to change my habits to be the change i wish i wanna see in this world never give up everyone stay

Hopeful stay positive stay sharp stay mindful of your thoughts and just change little habits that are leading to negative

thoughts/things old habits are hard to break but with new experiences can alter your mind and your world.
