Overcoming depression-- different stages

Depression is kind of state, most commonly discussed among youngsters and people who shows courage to fight against the way things going on. I have analyzed the condition of few people and split the whole scenario into 4 stages. 

Stage 1 - Things are going well

This is the phase when things are going fine and you are happy with your life. Many good people are in your life and these are helpful and life is going smooth.

you won't realize that your dependency increased. you start loving things more than they should be, its normal it happens with everyone but few people are not emotionally ready to handle whats next!!

Stage 2 - Think to maintain some distance

This might be few people, few things, job, anything it can be that you may start feeling hurt about. Its totally the game of emotions and a person is always under the control of emotions. Lots of people you will find in the society who claims not being emotional,  they already have been challenged by these phases of life .It makes people strong too, and its important for life too. 

Now 2 things happens.  first is the person adjust itself according to the new conditions but with few people who are facing this situation for the first time are not able to tolerate the distance among their loved ones and always tries to good for them and bring them close back again. They make every possible task to bring them closer back.

Its a human nature that if someone is crying, nobody can stop them by saying baby stop crying!, The more you try to get closer,the more they try to get away and you are certainly at the point of loosing them.

Stage 3

Now you are alone and you have harsh feelings that you are not gonna die without them.Believe me you are not in depression yet. But its soon to start when somebody comes to you to say that you are in depression . 

Now you start researching about depression and try to match the symptoms with yours one and you realize that these are matching with yours one. ohh God the problem starts. NOW you start how to overcome this. Again google google all the times and you try your best to  not to get into this more and yo will be well soon.

Stage 4

Not all the times you keep in mind certain rules that stops you from going into depression once again . Believe me you were not in depression that time when you were in trouble. You are in depression now when you are thinking , you get rid of it. 

This is the most dangerous stage in which you are claiming that you were in depression and you are coming out of it, but you are going down into it and as the condition gets worst and some goes with mis-happening surrendering themselves and for pew people it takes time to analyze that you are in depression now and you need to get involved in something else to get rid of it. 


The only solution to come out of it is stay away from all things you hate, actually you are not able to analyze what you love and what you hate. So i would advice you go for something and try different games and adventure sports and make one of them as your hobby. This makes people get their dreams also and makes their life a wonderful life also and sometimes it ruins their entire future. Its just the struggle between our heart and our mind that causes such things.
