What is an implant overdenture?

IF the patient has marked alveolar atrophy, this type of implant allows a prosthesis design that has a balanced dimension and with which to have a natural facial appearance, much better than that offered by a traditional full prosthesis.

Economically, we will say that the overdenture has a higher cost than a traditional full prosthesis because implants have to be made, but it has a much lower price than the implant-supported fixed prosthesis.
