It means the total project would have a valuation of 250,000 ETH what is about 71,000,000 USD.
This would mean Dent would be the 52nd highest valuated crypto project.

Good question, I don't think they have it yet. I'm also wondering what big telecommunicationcompanies going to say to it. I'm more bearish on it.
