What is a democracy supporting bank?

Democracy supporting bank is a conception I am providing to world. It will be a normal commercial bank with a special wing where an organization can invest money securely, where government will be guarantor for security of a democratic organization’s fund.

An organization will open two accounts in this bank 1) Permanent investment Account 2) Executive committee account.

The money once will be invested in permanent investment account cannot be withdrawn later by the organization’s executive committee or all of its members jointly. An executive committee can invest money in this account or simply a member of this organization can directly donate to this fund. Bank will keep this fund in a scheme where it gives maximum profit for long term investment. Bank will transfer profit to executive committee account at least once a year.

Before giving profit bank will ensure that permanent investment fund will not be reduced for inflation. Bank can reinvest that amount of profit equivalent to inflation rate. Bank need not compete with other banks or financial organizations in profit giving matter. Bank will only ensure that it is not depriving an organization compared to any of his customer.

Executive committee account money will be used by sole discretion of executive committee. Bank will never transfer executive committee fund to a personal account. Executive committee or any of its members cannot take loan from this bank or open an account in this bank. If they have opened account earlier it will be frozen the long they are in committee. Bank will not be guarantor for an organization anywhere.

If an organization is divided bank will find out which one is the main organization following a standard operating procedure (SOP). Bank will only give profit to main organization.

Bank will open a website where it will show all democratic organizations investments. It will also show how much profit it has given, how much money withdrawn from executive committee account and what is the present balance.

This kind of bank will strengthen democracy and reduce corruption. Corrupted people will fear permanent fund because this fund will ensure that organization will survive after making corruption, another fear is bank will ensure that
committee is democratically elected, so no chance of avoiding punishment for making corruption.

As an organization will have continuous growth at least for its permanent account so members will be inspired and make more donations and work hard for this organization.
