What problem is the product / project solving?

1.China is a large market, but the number of Chinese Steem users is quite small. WhereIN has been actively promoting the Steem blockchain concept and developing relevant tools in China, which brings more and more Chinese users to the Steem ecosystem and enables them to benefit from each other.

2.We are creating a lifestyle sharing community based on Steem to connect internet users with Steem blockchain.

3.We provide simple and fast access to the Steem blockchain for Chinese communities and offline companies, and we keep developing fun applications for them.

He is a representative of Sichuan Provincial People's Congress, an Honorary Professor of the University of Nottingham, UK, and the director of China Blockchain Research Center in Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.
He created the image editor and design maker - Fotor (https://www.fotor.com), which boasts more than 250 million users worldwide. He also founded PxBee (https://www.pxbee.com/zh), a visual content sharing community based on blockchain technology. It has obtained government registration permission in China and has attracted over 10,000 users.

To promote the blockchain concept in the Chinese community, he translated "Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency Technologies" published by Princeton University. He has been working on applying Steem blockchain in China by connecting communities and offline business with Steem blockchain. He is committed to exploring new ways of Steem blockchain application.

In the past 10 months, we have developed WherelN Android and IOS clients, the online community game Steemkillers, and WhereinConnect. These apps and tools have ensured a much easier access to Steem blockchain for users in China.
We also developed a system through which users could quickly sign up with their mobile phone numbers. And we have delegated 10 SP to each new user to make their early life easier on the platform.

Currently we have been working on creating mini programs based on Steem blockchain, WordPress and Wechat, to bring a substantial amount of communities and offline business to Steem blockchain. Our goal is to enable any capable individual to issue and sell tokens from their proof of brain, so that both the community and the commercial value could grow.

Business Strategy

Fiat Revenue Strategy:Introduce offline business into the system to provide quality products and services to the community users, so that everyone can use Steem tokens to shop. In this process, we provide value to get income.

Fiat Revenue Projections in $/user every month: In the future, our user value is estimated at $2/user.

How will this increase the amount of STEEM being powered up?
WherelN is ultimately an SMT-based token that helps expand the Steem blockchain market in China. All the users it brings to Steem community will greatly increase the amount of STEEM being powered up.

What financial incentives are you willing to provide to Steemit, Inc.?
We see Steemit, Inc's support as an early stage investment and will offer it WIN tokens.

How will you become financially sustainable once the delegation is removed?
Except for our existing funds, we have been actively seeking for more financial support. When the offline business is connected to the system in near future, we can ensure the sustainable finance.

Token Offering

We are testing the credits collection system in WhereIN Dapp. At this stage, we couldn’t offer any information about WhereIN tokens. We will share relevant information with Steemit, Inc. within 2 months.
