I pulled back a lot of the outgoing delegations since most were unused or unnecessary. If anyone who genuinely needed it ended up without their small delegation just give me a shout and I'll put it back.

The current powerdown is meant to last 2-3 weeks. The STEEM is staying on the blockchain, it's just going to a different account. Powerdowns for development funds are on hold for the time being and will resume when a new round of high-level development is initiated. There will be an announcement regarding that at the time.
