Assistance Please: Steemworld.org Delegation Error

Hello Steemit world,

Yesterday I messed around with delegation on steemworld.org. After confirming the delegatee and amount, I'm getting the following error:

I tried changing the amount for the delegation and got a different error:

Also tried searching for a solution on Steemit with no success. Anyone know what's causing these errors? Suggestions and comments would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help!

    The ',' is not accepted by the steem api and therefore I replace it with '' (empty) before the value is being sent. Which browser are you using?

    Chrome. Hmm, I don't believe i used a ',' as I was trying to delegate 500. I tried "500", "500.000" both didn't work. Tried a smaller amount and got the second error.

      The ',' is used for display purposes only. The SP you entered is being converted to 'VESTS' and the resulting value will be used. That's the first time I hear of a problem regarding the delegation but I will look into it ;)

      I've used it myself on Firefox with many different values without any issues. Will try it on Chrome.

        Awesome, thank you. Appreciate the quick response, looking forward to your reply. I'll try on Firefox in a sec.

        EDIT: Same error in Firefox. I do notice there are commas in the VEST field, but those cannot be edited as it is calculated based on the SP I input.

        I've tested it on Chrome without any problems :) So it must have a different cause... Are you using your private active key? If we can't find a solution I can temporarily change the logic a bit so that the value won't get formatted with ','

        Edit:
        Please try it again and make a screenshot of the "Edit Delegation" form. I want to see the value in the VESTS field.

          I've tested multiple times, but mostly with my public active key. Still got an error with the private. I'm assuming I should be using my private active key then?

          EDIT: Same error with private key with Chrome.

          Okay, now I know the reason! Thanks for your help to find it. I will edit this comment when I've fixed it. Yes, only the private key will work.

          I've read that to stop a delegation simply edit the delegation to 0 SP and it will take 7 days to take effect. Is this still the case?
