...Police BIKES would catch these scrotes within seconds...just pull alongside with CS gas spray and blast it into their eyes ! As they wriggle about , temporarily blinded - handcuff them to the scooter wheels. Coppers sat on their arses in cars will never catch anyone in that gridlocked traffic.
