This video shows STRONG symptoms of FAKE.
The segment 1:14 to 1:20 is zoomed in. By doing so, the video editor has the easy option to rotate the image by several degrees without visible border damage. So to me there is no proof that the pilot ever reached and exceeded 90° roll angle.
To prove a true wingover, it is not helpful to cut the scene at the crucial moment. My personal opinion: It's a fake. Make your own mind.
