SNFWAE, Misterious deep web site

Hello fellow Steemians, today I wanted to show you all a weird website I stumbled upon in the deep web. It is called SNFWAE, it states it is a website for workers and employers, but it is very confusing and random. I challenge you all o find out how it works and for what purpose, I will provide some images and links to the site as well as version of it that is on the clearnet (normal internet).
