Article: Why i think the deeppoint rewards are needed.
DEC 9TH - I'm shocked. Many people know me as the helpful member, helping out new coming members. I wrote a lot of articles which guided the new members to become familiar with the community. I did my best to lead this members and give them hope and information. I never did this for the deeppoints, but it was an extra income which i deserved i think. Now the moderators force me to do deepdomination tasks, something i don't want to do.
Moderators
The moderators are doing their best, they're working day and night to lead the community. It's a lot of work and since there are a lot of spammers the moderators do have a lot of work to do. I've counted 13 moderators in the moderators list. This means that each moderator has 513 people to watch, cause we have around 7200 members. This is insane. That's why i do have some solutions.
Solutions
I think there are two kinds of problems right now. The spam members and the hard working members. The first one is the problem, which has to be fought. The second are the victims. It's shouldn't be like that. The victims shouldn't be punished for the things the offenders do, that's nuts and now they've made the second problem. Now the moderators are forcing us to get these points by doing tasks, which is not fair. I think there should be more moderators since the community is growing. I think the new coming members should hold their 7 day rule and besides of that they shouldn't get the full amount of deeppoints.
Stairway
I think that before everybody's registration, they should do some kind of tutorial, with a new set of rules. This would be a stairway rule system. Like if you do something wrong you can be banned for a day. If you do something wrong again you'll be banned 2 days. and if you again do something wrong you would be banned 3 days and so on. I think it should be like that. Besides that i think that people need to be rewarded by rank. If someone's new they should get like 20% from the usual amounts of deeppoints.
Onions
It's a rule that you need 100 onions for participating the aidrop. I bought my first onions and i think that every member should do that first before they can participate. Also with the deeppoints. I think there should be a minimum onions of 50 to participate the deepdomination tasks and gaining deeppoints. This forces new members to buy their first onions which will create respect. Plus that it keeps the rotten onions away. Cause right now, it keeps the loving members away too.
I agree that the ranks should reflect somehow in the rewards given out. Be it the bitcointalk.org ranks or the deeponion.org ranks.
