DeepOnion White Paper is under review

Here is an exert from the first draft - THIS IS NOT FINAL. We're currently going through a rigourous review process and we'll have it ready as soon as it's done.

I'm hoping that everything will be ready within the fortnight but this is something that needs to be perfect so it may take some time. Rest assured we're working diligently to finish it.
