How to add exception (DeepOnion-qt) to firewall (Windows)

1. Go to 'Control Panel' on your computer.
2. Search and go to 'Windows Firewall'.
3. Go to 'Advanced settings'.​
   
4. We have to do it separately for 'Inbound Rules' and 'Outbound Rules'​
   
5. 'Inbound Rules' --> 'New Rule...'​
   
6. Select 'Program' and press 'Next' button.​
   
7. Use 'This program path:' and 'Browse...' to directory of DeepOnion-qt.exe file, than press 'Next' button.​
   
8. Select 'Allow the connection' and press 'Next' button.​
   
9. I sellected all three just for sure :)​
   
10. Write name of the new rule. I recommend 'DeepOnion' for a cleanliness​
    
11. Repeat 5-10. for 'Outbound Rules'.
12. It's done :)​

If your wallet still isn't syncing I'm in 99% sure that your ISP is blocking TOR network and whole wallet service.
