fascinating, well written, intriguing and something I have heard about previously but documented with less detail than you present here. Very interesting, especially in relation to NZ wartime experiments many, many years ago. I wouldn't be surprised if some super gizmo could induce huge waves using exotic technology, perhaps sound waves !! Congrats on a very worthy steemit article of interesting topical information :)
