Is deepcrypto8 a scammer?

2 years ago I transfered 102.290 STEEM to deepcrypto8 and used the wrong name in the notes. Because I was transferring to Binance exchange, I mistakenly used the word 'Binance' in the note. I should have used this number: 101899578

Does anyone out there know how I can get my 102.290 STEEM back? Is it even possible or am I fucked?
