Here is what i learn from the web about anger and how to cope with it.

Lets start from the beginning. And im talking about my self now.
At the bigginig of each anger there is a will.

Some call it a vision some think its memorise of something beautifull.

Some live a chase after an un grasped dream.

Without a way without direction.
There is no anger.

Anger is the live force.

When i felt deep anger as child my parents fight and i burn the couch.

This anger was the force of love that made them stop fighting.
