Escaping the Grey Weather - Day 3
We finally made it - Finally some sun!!
Yesterday we left Paris in the evening and started driving South - after a night in the car (which was actually more comfortable than expected) we made it this afternoon to Saint - Cyr - Sur - Mer, a small town not so far from Marseille.
The weather was even better than expected 35 degree during the day with a bit of wind - just amazing!
@sflovik of course got already sunburned on our way down here 🙈🙈 ❤️
Tonight we are enjoying the small restaurants and bars directly at the water! We can feel that we are in a small town, outside the bigger cities; mainly surrounded by the French. - A really relaxing atmosphere.
Tomorrow we will continue our journey east.
We haven’t decided yet where to go, but I heard that the beach Pampelonne is supposed to be really great. ( Outside of Saint Tropez)
If anybody has some recommendations about where to go, we would love to hear them.
It’s our first time down here at the Côte d’Azur, so we are taking it how it comes and will enjoy every moment of it!
