good decision making depends on ethics and hope.
It is three way street, one decision right way, one decision wrong way, one decision nothing at all.
Just because it is nothing at all does not mean you did nothing, it means you left the decision to form an answer in time.
right decision means it went well. wrong decision means it did not go well but it reside to the next best decision.
