Decenternet review- The Blockchain Revolution
Today, Blockchain projects are popping up virtually everywhere but only a few have a vision and think about the future (if they have a future). Over 1000 projects built on the Blockchain in 2018 have failed, as they are either scam, abandoned or failed during ICO. This is proven by coinopsy and deadcoins, and I will not like to mention names of projects but you can read through.
While going through the website and whitepaper of Decenternet, I became fascinated as many thoughts went through. “Decenternet will be a very good project, maybe what we have been waiting for,” I thought.
Decenternet blockchain is the first decentralized, fast, trustless and secure Proof of Reliability mining protocol. Decenternet unique blockchain allows a hyper speed browsing experience, at the same time ensuring optimum bandwidth and quality traffic routing along with virtualized SD-WAN (Software Defined With Area Network)
Decenternet mission is to truly decentralization the Internet by guaranteeing security also running hosted nodes for decentralized apps.
While going through Decenternet, a great introductory video on the website made it clear that Decenternet knows what they are doing. it is clear that it is not like every other project that has been lunched using the Blockchain technology. The project is carried out by professional, knowledgeable and seasoned individuals who have a deep understanding of what the Blockchain proposes and the importance of net neutrality. It is meant for developers, users, contributors, donors and/or consumer
The Need for Decenternet
While going through the whitepaper, I realized that Decenternet will be using the Blockchain to assist people in other to obtain immunity from outside influence and also helping them find the true power they have. Creating privacy and security in the internet space is one great thing that the Decenternet blockchain will be fixing. Decenternet wants to give you an internet where you can be free to surf without privacy bridging issues, as well as a computer and phone operating system (OS) that does not monitor its user's activity so as to report to a third party. Also, the project will be decentralizing the centralize Blockchain mining system and political power in the crypto-economy. Deleting the selfish monopolistic third parties who make money from data uploaded by users.
The Decenternet Ecosystem
Decenternet comprises of amazing components that makes up its ecosystem. This component includes:

Here is how the system works: The Anuvys OS is the native operating system for Decenternet. The Anuvys OS is not meant to monitor its user's activity unlike the traditional OS MAC and Windows, that monitors your activities and report to a third party. The Hermes OS is made for phones, giving the same privacy to users, unlike traditional OS Android and IOS. The Osiris Browser is said to be the fastest browser of its kind also giving its users access to both custom websites and Decenternet websites. Osiris browser does not monitor, collect and send data about its users to a third party store. The Liberty search engine is referred to as "the speak the truth search engine. The Liberty search engine does not make profits for one person or groups of owners, it does not report to a third party archive. Its search is not based on highest click ads but based on relevance and demand. Blocktube, is a peer to peer decentralized video hub that gives video content creator the opportunity to create contents for their audience and at the same time get incentives. This is different from the custom video platforms that make a huge amount of money by spamming users with Ads, Blocktube does not show Ads or run income stream based on Ads.

Decenternet Native Currency
Decenternet has its native currency to run trading and commerce on the ecosystem. The currency is known as Spyce. Unlike so many cryptocurrencies, Spyce is being mined so as to reward users and to enable a complete economy by trading and commerce. Decenternet will be disrupting the internet space thereby affecting life positively in so many ways. The Decenternet blockchain uses the Proof of Reliability mining protocol. Mining the Decenternet currency Spyce is eco-friendly, not producing heat and using lots of energy. Mining is cheap and can be done by anyone with a cheap and can be done by anyone with a computer, Internet accessibility, and enough hard disk space. Unlike Bitcoin POW, Decenternet utilizes the POR (Proof of reliability) protocol that creates a very fast web browsing. Also, Data are stored on millions of computers that are approved by the POW protocol. This allows access to a fast, transparent and a secure internet experience
My Thoughts On Decenternet
The project is based on using the blockchain to create freedom that will be a lasting one and spread into the physical. Using Proof of reliability (POR) is another new protocol that I believe will be good so as to enable a faster, safer and secure web. I will be more than willing to use Decenternet and explore the freedom it brings.
