What effect would a "jubilee", a one-time dissolution of all debt, have on crypto?

You may not know yet, you may not have heard that there is a Jubilee on the table, in the discussion of possibilities. Yes thats right. Who is duscussing this? The current American administration, backed by key "white-hat" military generals who work with Trump, along with several very powerful Asian families who control most of the worlds gold to this day.
What is a Jubilee? Its part of a re-boot of world finance. Its part of a creation of a new currency. Its part of a sweeping away of all the dirt built up in our system from years of corruption.
