International Payment and Banking Solutions for Contractors

Does anyone have recommendations about which solutions to use for international contractors based in Central American countries?

Basically, the solution would be a way to accept payments from around the world and have them on a debit card that can withdraw cash from local ATM machines

I've generally referred people to the following services, although these are not available for citizens of countries like Guatemala:
