The only reality that is common to all but many wouldn't want to accept is death. That's the common ground where we are all equal, no matter the level or position, we will all die.
It's painful to loose the love ones, but the earlier we accept the reality, the faster the healing process.
Some reality take longer to understand especially the death of a loved one. There is no particular way to deal with it as you can only hope the person will heal faster in no time before it affects their own health too.
