crazy how you see things on vans and have the ninja skills to take a photo of it without blurring, your phone has them ninja skills with your photo processing brain i guess. i kinda miss having the urge to create, not sure where that cinemagraph urge vanished too, i too must retrace my steps and get back to that at some point.

yeah we got move past each day for sure, get reset, move things forward no point dwelling on it, the long form stuff we just have to be aware of and move that forward as best we can on a daily basis — some days are harder than others that’s for sure, but if the mind is fit then the body will follow, gonna keep that part swimming in lovely waters.

yeah i’m looking forward to my day off as such tomorrow, i’ll have a little while before heading out to get poppet, it’s been two weeks since i’ve seen her so i’m feeling the need for the extra hugs recharge for sure, i’m sure it’s much worse for you needing the mouser hugs from both of us — let’s see if i can remedy part of that in september eh?

as for your clients, the clients can wait, it’s quite obvious to me that they don’t have anyone else that can do the job that you do for the price that you charge and you are not a full time employee so you can do that work on your terms, i mean sure if it’s urgent then yes, but if it’s urgent then you charge urgency pricing right?

girls got the electric blue hair back, solid biza, nice work — i know you like to have that curated hair situation on lock, i know that it can help with feeling a little bit more normal if you have a familiar person looking back at you.

was really nice to see that little gif of portugal in the post, seems like a life time ago but we will always have those memories of our time away in lisbon, certainly a place i want to get back too, especially portugal itself and the outskirts and coastline, man that sounds like a dream right now but i know it’s possible, just have to switch a few things up.

so glad you switched up the energy today and started putting some recipes together and that uber eats worked out for you — thought that was certainly worth a look just to see how that came together, those little niche services are certainly gonna get bigger and bigger, i’d love a job doing that stuff if i’m honest as it’s easy — just drive to the place pick up the order and address and off you go, i’m sure you get a perk for doing it — especially if you have an electric car it’s a no brainer.

i reckon there is a two year window of being able to do that before we have AI/robot driving cars on the road doing those deliveries — back to back behind each other, a slow lane that’s used only for food deliveries, maybe little distribution drops to an area — i think we have only really just scratched the surface of distribution and delivery especially on a custom level.

i think the big part of that meal thing is ‘weighting’ the portion size so you will need a scale, that’s important, no point in making your own food up if the position sizes are bigger than what those startup boxes services offer — the point is for me that i know that i have my three boxes for the day and then it’s just clock watching to start with for when i can have something else to eat, i think after like thirty days of that you will be doing it automatically and you won’t be concerned anymore about the schedule so much.

and YES, you LOVE to cook right?!? i mean if you time it right you can have that day off, enjoy making up a bunch of different foods, divy it up into different parts, throw it all in the fridge (label em!) and jobs a good un, before bed you can take three of them out and put in the fridge for tomorrow knowing that your whole day is set for the day — that would give me such mental relaxation knowing that’s one major job that i don’t have to do each day — measured portions, exercise and controlling the intake.

seems to be a perfect sync if you ask me, live streaming, photo taking again, at least if you are ‘stepping’ through with all that then it keeps you fresh with everything, gives you something to ‘do’ while doing the grind of making a lot of food up for partitioning for the week — personally i think that’s interesting and inspiring for people to follow as well each week, might get them to do something similar and let’s be honest we could all do with managing our food intake a little better.

what was your uber food sushi like, good quality?

i seemed to have a bit of a rough energy afternoon and evening last night and i’m not sure why, maybe it was ground hog day feelings, maybe a grounding energy suck with all the football news and ‘back to normality’ feels. not sure, either way, just gotta pick up and keep going — even thou it’s half ten, i’ll get into the top 10 when i get back and my vlog for the day, do a few bits of moderation and start some layout work that i keep avoiding.

remember, the time is always now.

Morning my love, yeah seems we're both in a little bit of a creative fog at the moment. Those things ebb and flow though, and I know when sleeps arent there it's even worse- just take it day by day.

Really stoked to have the foods sorted. The cookbook shows how many calories in each portion and the servings, so as long as I divide it all up properly I'll be good to go and I'll know exactly my intake each day...

Done all the tracking at once so I dont have to worry about calculating every single thing all week I know I can do it- one big day of cooking two big meals- in boxes and sorted.

Gotta work the rest of it out today but I'm getting there and the boxes are on their way :D
