Dead followers - How to know and what can be done

I came across a comment from @sjennon which mentioned something about dead followers in ones Steemit account which seemed really interesting . Basically sums up your followers and if they have been online lately or not. Hence sharing it for common consumption.

Awesome I have a few followers it seems ;) but interestingly many are active hehehehe. GOD BLESS them for being alive . Now I should make it a point to make my posts such that people don't die on it ;) basically enjoy it.
