The proverb goes, "Health comes before wealth." When every system in your body is operating at peak efficiency, what could possibly be more valuable than that? It needs to be our top priority, and we need to take good care of our bodies. But it seems like we lose sight of what matters most these days. We disregard every indication from our body until the agony becomes intolerable. Then you put your plans for the day, your trip to the grocery store, and your work on custom research papers away and gather the remaining strength to go see a doctor. Nobody has a favorable opinion of any hospital. There is a clear correlation between pain and sickness.
