Byzantine&Romanesque Jeondong Catholic Church
Located at the end of the Hanok Village, Jeondong Catholic Church is the first martyrdom of Korean Catholicism. In 1908, the French priest Boudoune commenced the construction of the cathedral and was completed in 1914. Jeondong Catholic Church, built using gray and red bricks, is similar in appearance to the Myeongdong Cathedral in Seoul and is considered one of the most beautiful buildings in the Catholic Cathedral in Korea. It is a mixture of Byzantine and Romanesque styles and one of the most beautiful buildings in Korea.
