Appalachain's easy Chili-Mac.
Had a hankerin' for one of my favorites, Chili-Mac, so I thought I'd share how I make it.
Now, I'm not much of a cook. Full disclosure, if it wasn't for the wonderful women in my life, my Grandmothers, Mom, Step-mom, Wife, I'd probably starve to death. That being said, This is so easy, even I can fix it, and it tastes awesome!
Chili-Mac:
Gonna need:
- 2 boxes Cracker Barrel Mac & Cheese
- 1 can of your favorite no been chili.
Make both boxes of mac & cheese like you normally would. Add about a palm full of diced onion. Then add the whole can of chili. About a half a can a box seems to be just the right ratio. ...And that's it! Eat!
It's good by it's self, on burgers, or if you just want to spice up your mac & cheese.
