Hi! Go to https://steemworld.org/ and 
find and click "Dashboard" in the top right corner.
Goto Delegation Menu and find delegate "in the right hand side"
If you want delegate 1000, then type 1000, but if you add 500sp more, lets say from 1000 to 1500, then you need to type 1500, not 500. If you want undelegate then type "0" since it is the same way to undelegate! Merry Christmas! and Happy new year!

Your SP is around 70+% You can delegate small amount but need to wait to fill your % around 95+% for full delegaton It will take 30 hours to fill to MAX.
