可以自己来教的。

心算,

是因为它不使用工具,
有冥想和现实模拟两大类。

根据冥想(现实模拟)的对象,
又可分为三大类,
分别为
记忆法
数学计算法,
珠算盘法。

我在这里教导的是冥想之珠算盘法,
这是我认为最有效的心算法。

准备一副算盘,
先教会小孩子使用算盘,
要会使用算盘来做加减乘除。

练习心算的时候,
先从最简单的1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 + 7 + ~~~
一直加上去

使用算盘1 + 2之后,
闭上双眼,
脑中回想刚刚的画面1 + 2 ...

使用算盘+3之后,
闭上双眼,
脑中回想刚刚的画面+3 ...

使用算盘+4之后,
闭上双眼,
脑中回想刚刚的画面+4 ...

依此类推...

刚使用完算盘,
并在脑中回想的时候,
画面是清晰稳定的,
大概几秒钟之后,
脑中的画面就会浮动(晃动)和不清晰,
这时候,
就要再打算盘和闭眼回想。

要时常的练习,
练习的越多次,
脑中的算盘就会越稳定。

久未练习,
脑中的算盘就会浮动甚大。

小孩子的心思比较纯净,
练习效果最佳,
年纪越大,
练习的效果会越差。

在练习的时候,
脑中的算盘,
有人于10秒之后浮动,
有人于50秒之后浮动,
这就是天资的问题。

心境越安宁,
专注越集中,
效果越好。

在脑海之中打算盘的时候,
影像常被干扰,
这时候就让小孩子连续打,
就是连续同样的动作,
例如他在脑海之中,
打到+6的时候,
影像混乱,
就让他把这个步骤,
连续做几十遍,
重覆打算盘+6,
和一直回想。

在打算盘的时候,
双眼要看着算盘,
仔细的看好,
切记打错,
不小心打错的时候,
在回想的时候,
要去遗忘掉他,
不要去回想打错的部分。

静心/专心/集中力/反覆的练习和回想。
