Aerobic Exercise "Horse Riding Breathing"

This aerobic exercise
I call it "riding breathing"
It's like riding a horse.
When the horse is running, you suddenly up and suddenly down.

As picture 1 stands upright.
Start Inhale,
after inhaling,
Raise your hands slowly while squatting down with your feet slowly, as shown in Figure 2.

Stop when both hands are level, as shown in image 3.

Start to exhale slowly, and slowly retract your hands and feet, as shown in Figure 4.
Finally it became a standing position, as shown in Figure 5.

这种有氧运动
我称之为“骑马呼吸法”，
它就好像骑着马，马在奔跑的时候，忽上忽下的様子。

分解动作如下：
如图1〜5所示。

如图片1直立。
吸气，吸饱气之后，
慢慢的举起双手，同时，双脚慢慢的向下蹲，如图2所示。

当双手呈现水平的时候，停止，如图像3。

开始慢慢的吐气，同时慢慢的收回双手和双脚，如图4。
最后又成了站立的姿势，如图5所示。
