CHICKEN STARTED without coconut milk. Friendly for the fear of cholesterol.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilogram of chicken
- 8 pieces of red curly chili
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 shallots onion
- 3 pieces of hazelnut pecan, whole
- 1 tablespoon tumbar
- 1 piece of turmeric the size of an adult female thumb
- 2 large pieces of orange leaf
- 1 large red tomato
- Cooking oil to taste
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Micin to taste
How to cook: - Wash the chicken thoroughly, then boil it in half.
- Lift and fry until almost yellowish.
- All spices are washed, then ulek (do not blend). Note, for the flavor of mushy, fried first except pecan and tumbar.
- Heat cooking oil, saute seasoning until fragrant, add water according to taste.
