Start your day with a smile

When you wake up in the mornig try to look at the bright sun with a smile on your face and think about how great the day is going to be and what you will accomplish today.
Specially if you have the oportunity to live another day with your peorsonal ones. Be gratefull and enjoy every moment of it, 'cause you only live once.

Pick a glass of water and drink it

Once you get up bed and brush your teeth you go to the kitchen to grab a glass of water, then drink it this will activate Byour orgams and make you feel better, your body needs it.

Do mindfullness

Please activate your brain and be aware of what is going on around you, do a 10 min meditation, it can be guided or unguided whatever your prefers are, and be aware on what's going on in the present moment.

Take a shower

If you have time you might take a shower this will make you feel more confortable to start your day a little more relaxed.

Everytime you start to feel stresed out take a moment to breathe deeply and count to 10, this little thing will help you to relax and to think without any bad feeling, this could help you to understand what's going on and how external things may affected you and block any solution.
