Design your own: for the first 100 just get ahold of me on Google Hangouts: [email protected] and let's design your new router!

Sort:

Okay whilte this looks like a half decent router you made some market mistakes.

  1. The title of the post is not only misleading but casts your post in a negative light.

  2. Your info graphic has spelling and profanity in it. Learn to proofread.

  3. You didn't include a link to a website where one could buy your awesome new super router or include a price as to what it would cost.

$500

Can buy it from me right now in SBD or STEEM. Will autograph each one.

It's propaganda. All advertising is propaganda. Plus it's not really an apolitical router. Hell, any router worth its salt isn't apolitical. Connectivity isn't just a business need nor is it something that should be state-mediated.

@blindsite I hate to tell ya, but most likely, your router is a piece of shit. It might not even do proper ipv6-- and that's a 25 year old standard!

That is the only difference between our router and others: It's that I can enthusiastically say that ours is not a piece of shit!

$500 for a router? Are you kidding? I can buy a new computer for $500. I don't care if your router is the latest on the market. A router is an accessory. You can buy a cheap computer for $400 - $600, a decent gaming computer for $800 - $1,500 No a router is only worth $50 - $100. My router works just fine for my purposes just fine.

Thing about our router is, it is a computer.

When you buy ours for $500, you're getting a cheap computer.

When you buy the Netgear $500 model you just get... a router. It's also most likely a piece of shit. No offence meant man, I've got two piece of shit routers myself. But they're retired now.

This is the router we sell for $500, below:

IMG_20170202_1344052a69a.jpg
Connectors:
4x LAN/WAN
HDMI @4k!
2x USB 3.0
VGA

Compare our $500 with netgear's:

netgear: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M12RE4A?ref_=ams_ad_dp_asin_1
Dawn: http://router.dawn-project.com

But indeed I'm totally not kidding you. If you're using a standard consumer router and you're not running OpenWRT or similar on it, you should assume that you're compromised security/privacy-wise.

Once again, I've got to say:
Your router... is probably a piece of shit.
