Addendum: After we've flooded the pool with programmers, we will return to our usual and (in my mind) right-noble quest of ensuring that ANYONE can operate a validator node. Fact is, validators are currently a bit tricky to operate, and I underestimated the task of making them less so. Hence, this initiative!
