[🔥 DavorCoin] New early capital release feature update - Did lending just get less risky?
DavorCoin announces a new major feature update to their lending platform: From now on, when users create a lending package, they'll be able to end it anytime before the official capital release date provided it is 14 days after the lend was created
How does it work?
Very simple. There is a button RELEASE next to each lending package. Click on it to open the release pop-up window in which you will see all details regarding your lending package. Enter your password and click on the checkbox ‘I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions’. Finally, click on the Confirm button and it’s done
Does it apply to existing lends?
Unfortunately not, this is a new feature for new lends
Do you have to pay a penalty?
There is a small processing fee of 2.9%. Davor also give these two scenarios in which you may have to pay back interest earnt:
Example 1: you’ve got a $1000 in lending, after 15 days you already received $100 interest. If you decide to end this lending package in the 16th day, you will reimburse $150 to get back $1000.
Example 2: you’ve got a $1000 in lending, after 40 days you already received $400 interest ($300 in the first month and $100 in the second month). If you decide to end this lending package in the 41st day, you will reimburse $350 ($300 + 50% x $100) to get back $1000.
In summary does this mean lending on Davor just got less risky?
Well in my opinion yes! - Before the feature update investors would need to invest a minimum of $100 in the lending platform and the capital would be "locked in". This update allows investors to release their capital and they can reinvest in other projects, hopefully it will build some trust in the lending platform after the BitConnect collapse
